Jeff Bezos steps down from Amazon on Monday after 27 years of devotion to Amazon.
In his entire tenure, he has established a sequence of unusual leadership principles which appears to be absurd to some and they argue over them, but the norms are the backbone of his success. Amazon has been an overpowering augmentation of the internet and is often appellate as an internet giant.
Jeff Bezos has a profit tune that was a long-term aspiration that for a company to be prosperous it had to have pleased customers at nearly any cost.
Bezos has confronted countless critics in his career claiming to have seen Bezos’ tax returns and alleged him for paying no tax and claims of monopolistic behavior. But for the majority of mainstream, he is a professional visionary with remarkable concentration.
He has generated a well-known work philosophy and a company worth nearly $1.8 trillion. Bezos prefers small teams and has a regulation to retain meetings productive and to make sure to feed the whole group with two pizzas. He dislikes PowerPoint presentations and rather prefers written memorandums for executives to discuss.

Jeff Bezos said,
“I planned to devote more time to side projects, including his space exploration company Blue Origin, philanthropic initiatives, and overseeing The Washington Post.”
Bezos will also blast into space on July 20 when Blue Origin’s New Shepard rocket creates its first flight with a crew, transporting along with his younger brother Mark, an investor and volunteer firefighter.
Bezos’s worth is estimated to be $200 billion.
Bezos originated Amazon as an online bookstore and constructed it into a shopping and entertainment kingdom that is the second-largest private employer in the U.S. behind Walmart.

He has always been spellbound by space travel and with his passion, he intends to take wing into space on the first crewed flight made by his company Blue Origin.
Bezos has demonstrated and proved to be a tremendously optimistic and able leader at Amazon with a vision that has transformed the way companies around the world function.
