Lionel Messi approves Barcelona’s exit and, struggles to constitute himself before speaking to the reporters on his departure from Barcelona after 17 years of playing for his only club and joining PSG.
Lionel Messi instigated a press conference at which he officially definite that he is parting Barcelona, where he has played his entire career.
Lionel Messi is an Argentinian superstar, six times a Ballon d’Or winner, and has been a comprehensively celebrated and loved star. He has been out of agreement since the end of June. He has amalgamated as a 13-year-old in the franchise.
Barca believed that they cannot have the funds for keeping him. Messi has confessed that a change and joining PSG is a probability.
Lionel Messi said,
“This year, my family and I were convinced we were going to stay here, at home this is what we wanted more than anything. I have still not come to terms with the reality of leaving this club now, changing my life. I love this club. I was convinced I knew what I wanted to say, but this year is not the same. I would’ve liked to have won another Champions League. I don’t regret anything, I tried to give my best and I’m ending my career here with a good number of titles.”
“The truth is I don’t know what to say. After 21 years I am leaving with my three Catalan Argentine children. I gave everything to this club from the first day that I arrived right to the last. I never imagined having to say goodbye. In recent days I have given lots of thought to what I can say and truth to tell I can’t think of anything. This is difficult for me after so many years spent here my entire life. I’m not ready for this.”
